Additional Costs

If your provider orders labs, X-rays, ultrasounds, or other diagnostic services, these are performed by third-party facilities and billed separately at their rates. Innocre does not mark up or profit from external service costs.

Insurance & Payment

Innocre accepts select insurance plans. Coverage and copay amounts vary by plan. It is your responsibility to verify telehealth benefits with your insurance provider before booking.

For self-pay patients, payment is due at the time of booking.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Receipts and superbills are available upon request for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
