AV

Atul S. Vellappally FOUNDER & DNP

We built what we wished existed for our own families. After watching loved ones get lost in a system that treated them like numbers, I knew there had to be a better way — care that's personal, thorough, and never cuts corners. That's InnoCre.

What Makes Us Different

Built Different. On Purpose.

Three features we believe set us apart from typical telehealth platforms.

01

Smart Triage, More Human Time

Our AI-powered intake handles the paperwork before your visit — surfacing your history, symptoms, and context — so your provider spends more time listening and less time catching up. Technology that makes care feel more human, not less.

02

Dedicated Care Coordinator

Every patient gets a named human who manages referrals, follows up on labs, coordinates prescriptions, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

03

Proactive Health Tracking

Your care team monitors trends in your vitals, labs, and medications — and reaches out when something needs attention. No chasing results. No falling through the cracks. Fewer patients lost to follow-up.

Patient-Accessible Data
Our Care Model

Your Safety Net Between Doctors

Whether you're between PCPs, waiting for a specialist, or need urgent care now — we keep you covered with relationship-aware, follow-through care.

Typical Telehealth

  • Random provider each visit
  • 10-minute rushed appointments
  • Care ends when video ends
  • You chase your own follow-ups
  • One-size-fits-all treatment

The InnoCre Way

  • Your provider knows your name
  • Unhurried, 30-min default visits
  • Async check-ins between visits
  • Care coordinator handles logistics
  • Adaptive care plans with live data
Right Care, Right Setting

What InnoCre Is Great For

We believe in honest guidance. Here is when virtual care with InnoCre is the right fit — and when an in-person visit serves you better.

We excel at

  • Urgent care for non-emergency issues — UTIs, sinus infections, rashes, colds
  • Bridge prescriptions and medication refills when you are between providers
  • Chronic care check-ins — diabetes, hypertension, thyroid monitoring
  • STD testing coordination and discreet treatment
  • Lab orders, result reviews, and specialist referrals with follow-through
  • Women's and men's health consultations

When to see someone in person

  • Medical emergencies — chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms
  • Conditions requiring physical examination or imaging
  • Schedule II–V controlled substance prescriptions — opioids, benzodiazepines, ADHD stimulants
  • Complex psychiatric care requiring in-person evaluation
  • Procedures, injections, or labs that require a physical visit
  • We will always tell you honestly if in-person care is more appropriate

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

We treat cold and flu, allergies, skin issues, UTIs, anxiety, depression, diabetes management, hypertension, thyroid disorders, and more. Our providers will let you know if an in-person visit is needed.
Find a quiet, well-lit space with a stable internet connection. Have your current medications and any recent lab results handy. Works on any device with a camera.
We are a self-pay practice — visits start at $68 for new patients, $75 for chronic care, and $65 for follow-ups. We accept HSA and FSA cards. We do not bill insurance directly, but we provide superbills you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
Our board-certified provider performs a clinical evaluation and may prescribe non-controlled medications when medically appropriate and permitted by law in the patient's state. However, we do not prescribe Schedule II–V controlled substances via telehealth — including opioids (OxyContin, Vicodin, Percocet, morphine, fentanyl patches), benzodiazepines (Xanax, Valium, Ativan, Klonopin), and ADHD stimulants (Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse). As a separate clinical-policy matter, we also do not prescribe antipsychotics or mood stabilizers (Seroquel, Risperdal, Abilify, Zyprexa) via telehealth, because of their lab-monitoring and in-person evaluation requirements. If you need any of these medications, we maintain a referral list for in-person psychiatric, pain-management, and addiction-medicine specialists in MD, WA, and DE; we cannot guarantee specific specialist availability or wait times.
Urgent care visits are often available same-day. Primary care and mental health within 24-48 hours. Chronic care management starts with an initial consultation within one week.
All video visits and health records are encrypted with 256-bit AES encryption. We are fully HIPAA compliant and follow industry-standard security practices designed to protect patient data. Your data is never sold or shared.

How does an InnoCre telehealth visit work?

After you book, you complete a short intake form, then connect with a board-certified provider by video on the same day in most cases. The provider reviews your symptoms and history, orders lab work at a local lab if needed, and sends any prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. A new-patient visit is a flat $68 with no insurance required.
