Clear and fair policies for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your telehealth appointment, please do so at least 4 hours before your scheduled visit time. Cancellations made at least 4 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full visit cost. We make exceptions for genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-show") will be charged the full visit fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement to prepay for future visits.
You may reschedule your appointment at no charge by contacting us at least 4 hours before your scheduled visit. To reschedule, email atulsv@innocre.org or call (844) 836-2669.
